Objective

Brands running paid ads needed high-volume creative assets that could scale fast without sacrificing quality or consistency. Most teams were bottlenecked by slow manual production limiting how many products they could advertise and how quickly they could test variations. Existing assets lacked strong hooks, platform specific formats, and the throughput needed to keep up with catalogue size.

Strategy

Built a custom AI workflow that generates production-ready ad creatives from just three inputs: a product image, a text prompt, and an optional reference image. The system outputs creatives in all required ad dimensions simultaneously, eliminating manual resizing and making multi-platform launch immediate. The workflow was designed around one principle: creative quality should not be a function of time. Every output needed to be ready to run, not ready to edit. Creatives were structured to capture attention in the first 3 seconds, align visuals with buyer intent, and maintain brand consistency while enabling rapid variation testing across hooks, layouts, and CTAs.

Execution

Deployed the workflow across 40+ brands spanning e-commerce, fashion, accessories, kids products, and stationery processing over 100 products per week at peak. Assets were produced for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and on-store placements in all required sizes, from a single workflow pass. The system supported A/B testing at scale, enabling continuous creative iteration without manual rework. Because the workflow is prompt-driven and image-agnostic, it applies to any product category, not just e-commerce.
